Pete – January 18, 2012 – I took my 350z in for a noise coming from the rear of the car at 40mph and above. My service advisor informed me of the up-front diagnostic fee, which I agreed to. He was courteous and knowledgable. The mechanic was also very helpful, answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. He pinpointed the exact problem by driving the car (the left-rear wheel bearing); however, back at the shop he examined both rear wheels to make sure the right bearing was functioning properly. Very thorough diagnostic. The job was done correctly and although I had to wait for the part, it wasn’t an unbearable wait. The mechanic took extra special care not to damage my wheels when he removed them – I really appreciated that. I had an overall positive experience with Bill Seidle’s Nissan service department; other dealerships have not been so honest and friendly as Bill Seidle’s in my experience: I was quoted a price at ANOTHER local dealership that was over two times what Bill Seidle’s charged me for the same service. I definitely recommend Bill Seidle’s service department.
